At Martelli Giovanni, we take pride in providing high-quality frozen desserts and handling all orders with the utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Frozen & Perishable Products – Our desserts are frozen and must remain at the correct temperature to maintain their quality. Once delivered, we cannot accept returns as we cannot guarantee safe re-storage.

  2. Food Safety Regulations – For hygiene and safety reasons, any food product that has left our control cannot be returned to our premises.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or credit where appropriate.
