At Martelli Giovanni, we specialise in delivering our premium frozen desserts directly to your business using our freezer vans. This ensures your order arrives in perfect condition and ready to serve.

Account-Only Delivery

We operate on an account-only basis:

  1. Contact Us First – Before placing your first order, please contact us to discuss your delivery location, requirements, and schedule.

  2. Account Setup – Customers cannot create an account themselves. Once approved, we will create your account and provide instructions for placing orders.

  3. Minimum Order – All deliveries require a minimum order of £150.

  4. Free Delivery – We offer free delivery on all orders that meet the minimum order value.

Delivery Area

Currently, we deliver only within the North-West of England. We will confirm if your location is eligible during your account setup.

Stock Availability

While we aim to keep all items available, stock levels can vary.

  • Some items may not always be in stock.

  • If an item is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will inform you promptly and provide an alternative or advise when it will next be available.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are arranged based on your location and our weekly delivery routes. Our team will confirm your delivery day when we set up your account.
